CampusServe Alerts sends recurring informational and marketing text messages about the CampusServe platform, including launch announcements, early-access account links, promotional offers, and booking availability, to users who opt in on campusserve.app.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box and submitting the early-access form on campusserve.app with your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. You can expect a small number of messages around our launch period, and occasional messages afterward.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. CampusServe does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

CampusServe LLC ("CampusServe," "we," "us") operates campusserve.app, a platform connecting homeowners with verified local college student workers, launching first at the University of Arkansas in Northwest Arkansas. This policy covers our pre-launch early-access list and our platform.
When you join our early-access list, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the services you're interested in. We also record basic technical information (IP address, browser type) when you submit the form, to prevent spam and keep a record of your consent.
SMS messaging is governed by our SMS Program Terms. In short: messages are sent only to people who opt in, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help, and consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. No mobile opt-in information or phone numbers collected for SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with third parties except the service providers who help us operate (such as our messaging and email delivery providers), and only for that purpose.
You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your early-access information entirely by contacting us. We honor deletion requests promptly.
